We come here quite a bit, was very impressed with Hailey, as usual, she is awesome!! She always has a smile, great work ethic and cares about the customers!! Aside from the food, she's why we come! You can get the cheapest and the largest portion of food here in Chipotle. 1 burrito bowl is large enough for my two times meal. The food is very fresh and delicious. The restaurant has a large seating area and also an outdoor area. The staffs are very friendly and are willing to help you throughout

Favorite chipotle is this westheimer location! Do not go to the queensbury lane chipotle, their food is dry and the service is horrible, go to this one instead! Anyone talking bad about the sweet doorman needs to work on themselves. The food is always great and the service even better.
I don't know about the bad reviews but it's not what they really say it is. The portion was so huge. I also noticed others food was a good portion too. If there's something you like, after they add it, ask them to add a little more✌️
Sometimes the best experience doesn't always happen inside but on the journey there.
