Skeeters is a great place for food with the family (crayons and paper for coloring on the tables) or drinks and dinner with friends. They have sports on TV's and it's a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Burgers, fries, onion rings and chicken fingers are delicious. Don't forget to get some yummy chips and queso for while you wait!

Though I rated the food as 4, the food especially their breakfast tacos (and their awesome salsa) is tops. They just removed healthy items like oatmeal. Service is good but sometimes the staff is stoic/serious.
Atmosphere - if you want that wide open picnic style, sports TV vibe - is great. There are some intimate/private booths in the back too. Plug in spots for laptops are almost nil though.

Went during lunch and ordered the Brisket Baked Potato for $12. Service was nice and food came out fast. The potato could've used a bit more sauce and the brisket was good. It is a family atmosphere, so it is quite noisy. Nothing to really be nit-picky about.

I was very surprised at the tacos I ordered were favorable. However, my wife pork chops were a little bland, but the fries and grilled vegetables made up for it. Great place to hang out with friends.

I've been coming here for over 20yrs and commend them for their consistent. Great spot for a quick bite. I love any item with the fajita beef. T sip dip is a must anytime we come.

I frequently ate at this restaurant twenty years ago when I worked at CompUSA (the store is now Ross Dress for Less) located in the same shopping center. The hamburgers and fries were excellent.
After all these years, Skeeters is still at the same location. I have eaten there twice this year. They still provide the same excellent burgers for a very reasonable price.
This is my favorite hamburger grill in Houston. They also offer a breakfast menu, tacos, salads, beer, bar drinks, etc.
