The brisket is the best I’ve ever had!!! The kind staff at the Bellaire location only makes my weekly visit worth the trip! Spicy rice and ranch style beans!!!
The food is heavenly and the staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend it. Also, very easy on your budget.
The baby back pork ribs!! Can they be any more delicious??!! I just love it!! But what’s up with the sweet potatoes and onions?! Just no!! Please give us the cinnamon and brown sugar version which pairs so nicely with the ribs!!! 5 star food in a homey atmosphere!
First time here, and my experience was underwhelming. The meat has a great taste, I enjoyed the rub on the ribs and the moist brisket. I was impressed with the large selection of sides. However, the ones I tasted could have been better tasting (beans & potato salad). I did have a piece of carrot cake, which was moist and delicious. Overall, the price doesn't match the quality. I recommend The Pit Room or other local spots. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be coming back.

I really enjoyed the space for seating, I felt there were ample spots to choose from. Staff is very polite from my interactions.
For those looking for the burgers, you can order the kids meal version of the burger and it's only one patty vs the normal two. Definitely saves a lot of cash ordering here, but I prefer the pork ribs + extra.

Always made to order !! This is only a single meat kids meal combo. I didn’t want the double meat burger to be sleepy at work afterwards because they’re are huge n juicy!! A+++
