It’s my first time here and I had a great experience! The atmosphere and the vibes here reminded me so much of my family in Mexico. The owner and the staff were so nice and attentive. The food was great as well ☺️ I definitely recommend you coming here and trying out their food! They have a lot of variety.
Wow! I haven't been here in over 10 years, and they're STILL as good as I remember. They have a huge variety of tortas, but they still do any combination you want! I love the pambazo, and they allowed me switch from potatoes to beef fajita. It was delicious! My kids shared the Hawaiian torta, and they loved it! The white melted cheese looked so good at every bite. Mine came with a bowl of black beans, and the others with Mexican soup! They also have Aguas Frescas, we tried agua de tamarindo and agua de piña. You can drink as much as you want! The atmosphere was family oriented, and chill. They have string lights and tables outside, perfect for those couple of months when weather is perfect in Houston. Staff was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. I would give a hundred stars if I could! Can't wait to come back again with my family and eat deliciously.
Massive savory tortas and great selection to choose from. My pastor torta was #22 on a long list of choices. Add an agua frescas and friendly staff for a great Friday lunch experience.
Hidden treasure! We came here by chance, and our expectations were exceeded. The food was amazing!!! They serve a generous amount of meat in the street tacos. Flavor, texture, everything was on point! I wish I took a picture, but it was so appetizing, we ate it all.
I stopped coming a long time ago,but I heard new owner and new management were great and I decided to give it a try. Food was delicious and very fresh. I am glad for the changes made, we enjoyed the service and the quality of their products

We just moved to the area and stopped to eat here and we will definitely come back. The food was very good, we got 2 tortas (#4 and #24) with 3 bistec tacos. They came with soup so you will be satisfied. The owners are super sweet and deserve all the support! Come check it out and say hello to them, they love what they do and I hope they can stay open during these uncertain times!
Food is delicious, portions are pretty generous. And it’s one of the best home style food I’ve had. Recently move to the area and I love it.
Closed Monday but any other day you can come and enjoy this delicious food !

After reading the reviews I decided I’ll try this place out. I got here and there was a pretty decent crowd for 1 PM, I figured I’d try to torta and one Pastor Taco since a lot of the reviews they were good. And I have to say I definitely was not disappointed, the torta was massive packed with fajita meat that had an absolute great flavor to it. All the toppings that came with it we’re fresh I didn’t look old at all, I just needed to add cheese because I didn’t see that it wasn’t on it on the menu. The Pastore taco was flavorful and juicy unlike some of the ones I’ve had at taco stands where it’s pretty dried out. I would definitely recommend this place any of my friends. Sidenote the restrooms were clean and the tables were cleaned off promptly after people finished eating. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on my face.
Edit: after having a great conversation with the owner he said next time I need to try three tortas that come with three different meats beef chicken and pork instead of just the one large torta that way I have some variety also if I want it. I’m definitely coming back.
I have been coming here since they first opened! In highschool my friends and I would go once or even twice a day for a good year. It is definitely one of the best hidden gems in Houston! They have a MASSIVE menu featuring over 30 different types of Tortas, tacos and burritos, and some fantastic soups(Pablano 🤤). All at a damn good price! It's great comfort food.
