Went to a holiday party at Public Services tonight at which Underbelly catered the noms. This was no ordinary party buffet - everything was delish, like really out of this world! Next level deviled eggs, steak skewers, chicken bahn mi sandwiches, flat bread bites and, course, the classic UB braised goat and dumplings! You outdid yourselves, Underbelly! Only suggestion is that there be more indication that the food was from UB, bc no one wanted to go near the food until they learned it was catered by you! Then it was game on! Also, though I loved the sesame seeds on the skewers, it's not pretty in teeth, ha! Many thanks for the killer food, stellar beverages, sweet music, lovely service and killer ambiance, Public Services! One of the best work-related parties I've ever been to!

This place has an amazing atmosphere. The music isn't too loud, so you can actually have decent conversation. The drinks are well mixed. The décor is just awesome. A really classy place to chill out with friends.

High class yet casual cocktail bar in Downtown Houston. Very cool old school vibe with great drinks. Extensive whiskey list as well as cocktails. My favorite is the Sazerac. $6 cocktails happy hour from 4-6:30 daily is a great deal!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy a fantastic selection of scotch. A unique spot to have great conversations in the one of a kind historical cotton exchange with couches to lounge and fantastic music in the background.

Awesome wine and whiskey selection. If you're a whiskey lover, you'll enjoy their selection and knowledge. I personally enjoy their cider wine (Cidrerie du vulcain, "transparente" apple cider of Switzerland). The ambiance is great with a vintage feel.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. They are veteran cocktail makers and they know their craft. Staff is friendly and the ambiance is inviting and cozy. If you go on a slow might it's a great place to have a quiet drink with friends or an educational discussion of various drink related topics with the bartenders.

This is a very cool little spot for happy hour or drinks with friends. The drinks are delicious. Parking is terrible, as with anything downtown, but that's to be expected. I recently attended a wedding here and it was pretty much the best wedding ever. It's a gorgeous building and made for a really unique little venue.

They treat Bourbon cocktails properly... stirrers, and chilled glasses. Excellent classic music can still be heard somewhat over the din. Very attentive staff at the time we came, which was probably early evening. Busy place, but still enjoyed it.
