The hotel was beautiful! And the service was over the top fantastic. They brought us a mini fridge to keep our personal liquor cold. The valet was extremely quick. What really topped it off, was my boyfriend left two shirts in the room when we checked out. Someone dropped the ball and did not mail the shirts to me after I let them know what happened. When I called to let the front desk know, the man working the counter dropped the shirts in the mail that day, and then sent me the tracking number!
Overall, beautiful hotel, amazing service.
My stay at Hotel Alessandra this weekend was phenomenal! All the staff were kind & extremely accommodating! The pool was fantastic, clean, serene & offered a beautiful view of the city! The location is perfect, so many walk-able things to do nearby. The room is well lit with natural lighting, comfortable bed & astonishing bathroom with a fabulous tub!! I would definitely recommend staying here!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary last year. I had mentioned when booking that it was for our anniversary off-handed, I genuinely didn't think much of it. They made sure our stay was lovely and checked in on us. We had a lovely time, and the rooms are gorgeous. Best time.
Excellent place to stay in Houston. Recently stayed with a group of friend and would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great location, close to many music/event venues. The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is great! It has a big walk in shower with a rainfall shower head. The view from our room was great. The beds in the room were a little stiff and uncomfortable for my personal preference. Overall our stay was excellent.
Absolutely delightful hotel. I stayed here for work for 3 nights and loved it! Everything was impeccable, from the front desk staff (who lent me a curling iron!), to the housekeeping staff (who cleaned my room at 3pm after I was in the room all morning!), to the gorgeous sunny little restaurant where breakfast is served (with the friendliest servers), to the Maserati which will bring you anywhere downtown! I really enjoyed my stay, and I would love to stay here again someday.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. This has been my third time staying here and I absolutely love it. Check in took about two minutes and I was on my way to my room. The staff is very friendly (but not the fake friendly that a lot of places have) and helpful. My room was very clean and smelled very good. Pillows were soft and the mattress was comfortable. I am sure the TV works but I never turned it on because I used my phone. I was able to connect to their wireless network right away and got about 12Mbps. They have a car that will take you anywhere in downtown and although I prefer to walk, I ended up using this service because it was raining the entire time I was here. The car is a Maserati so if you have never been on one this is a nice little perk to staying here. The room I stayed in was the classic King and there was a king size bed, a couch and a little table for me to work on my laptop. The view was nice but I really don’t consider view when choosing hotels I just want a nice place with a nice bed. Bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. It has a nice bathtub but I don’t like taking baths so if that’s your thing I am sure this will be right up your alley. I have already booked my next reservation and will definitely continue to stay here and definitely recommend it if anyone else is looking for a place to stay in downtown Houston.
We had a great “stay-cation” here for our COVID honeymoon. It was very clean and the whole place is beautiful. The rooms were immaculate, and we felt very safe staying here during the pandemic. We loved that we could walk to so many great parks and restaurants right in Houston’s skyline district. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every request was answered within minutes. I highly recommend Hotel Alessandra!
This hotel is gorgeous! So much attention to detail. I love the juxtaposition of Old World and modern decor. All of the employees were so gracious. The bar is fun. Only drawback was the overpriced breakfast. Other than that, it was wonderful. Great location! We went for our anniversary. I can't wait to go back!!
Kevin surprised me with date weekend and chose this as our hotel stay. LOVED it! The staff was exceptionally generous and made our stay very memorable. Selena made sure we had everything we needed. When we left out for the marathon there were runners snacks at the door, bananas, water and other breakfast items. This place was perfect for us. Corner room was very clean and neat. It was modern and well kept, not run down at all. We had window views all the way around two sides, the view from 19th floor was very nice. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Perfect!
Me and my family stayed here Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Had to check out due to family emergency. The manager was very helpful with our concerns about the room we had and accommodated us. We would love to stay at this hotel again in the future with my family. Room was great size the valet had great services as well as room service.
