The server we had was not that great, but the host was ok. Anyway,
The happy hour is a must; drinks and bites are really cheap. My friend told me this place is never busy, so I guess it's worth trying it.
The place is very nice, very positive ambiance both inside and outside. It's a bit on the pricey side. I went last night with my whole family due to my mother's birthday. Food is good but, again, it's a bit pricey. The service is great with the waiter constantly asking us if everything is alright and refilled our drinks consistently. The chef even gave us complimentary food, how cool is that (+ the birthday dessert-thingy as well). Not a place to just casually eat but can be a good restaurant for a date night.
Great Food/Drinks, but slow service. I'm a former server so I can understand being behind in some instances, but they seem to be behind a lot (in the weeds if you will). When its busy it seems like they don't get the sense of urgency that you would hope for. However, due to its location and price it keeps me coming back. I would recommend showing up on a week day right before it reaches peak time. Oh and could do without the DJ. I say try them out but only when you have free time.
Went for a celebratory HH yesterday and it totally hit the spot. I love the quiet, casual vibe and the lychee martini was just what I wanted. We tried the Parmesan rota (buttery yum), stuffed rota with beef (delicious curry sauce), and the perfectly crispy calamari. All were delicious and I devoured them. The lounge area is perfect for canoodling and I really love the patio area.
