Long time fan of Roegels. Best pork ribs in town and my favorite brisket anywhere. Greatest Mac and Cheese on God’s green earth.
Ordered Roegels catering for a recent event and the food could not have been better. Packaged for travel perfectly and a huge hit at the party. BRUCE is the man, and took great care of us. Highly recommend their catering service, they made our party a huge success. Was sure to over-order so we have Roegels BBQ for a week!
Exceptional! I bought the last of most of the meat today for employee appreciation, and it was amazing. Nothing about it said leftover, just delicious, juicy, and awesome. Come early because when it is sold out, the deliciousness is gone for the day.
Texas BBQ? This is the place. I saw a Rolex-wearing lady from New Jersey spontaneously grow a handlebar mustache & have a 10-gallon hat appear out of thin air with one bite of the top-tier brisket. My slacks transformed to dust-covered jeans the first time tasting the pork belly. The smoked meat here will make you scream YEEE HAAAAWWW uncontrollably. I highly advise you to let that feeling wash over you, if you try to suppress it your eyeballs may explode.
Was confused where entry was, not too hard find, plenty of parking .
Service was great and friendly, they were sold out of the pulled pork and pork belly (my weakness) ,
-Good brisket nice smoke, good bark but alittle dry but not too bad.
- cheddar jalapeno sausage is great and smoked well with good flavors
-mac and cheese is nice but could be boil the pasta alittle more it is firm.
-baked mashed potatoes is great
-good sides
Will be coming back to try the other meats !

My sister and I have been on a bbq quest. Roegels was our third establishment to visit, and it was very good. The meats were unbelievable! The brisket was so succulent and seasoned amazing. The ribs were so damn good. They were cooked perfectly. The sides were classic and well done. Their bbq sauce is the perfect complement to the meats.
Took an old KY friend here....bbq was on point.

The best BBQ ribs in Houston & only Truth & Blood Brothers can closely match the brisket. There are 2 others in town that come close too. The bark is how I judge the best brisket in such a tight field.
The Thursday Reuben is the best sandwich in the world.
The beef rib holds a slight edge over any other in H-town.
This is the best brisket I’ve eaten in my life. The meat is fall-apart tender, with just the right amount of smokey flavor. The sides are very good too. I tried the Texas caviar and was not disappointed. Highly recommended!
