Last night was our best visit to Chimichurri's. The first thing we noticed was how nice the beautiful closed in patio is! The patio was always nice, but sometimes it was too hot and humid to enjoy it. The food was delicious and it was nice that the menu is updated, and service was really great. We'd stayed away for a couple of years, but with the improved menu, lovely closed in patio, we'll be back soon!
I routinely entertain clients at Chimichurri's. The food, wine, and atmosphere are the perfect blend of flavor, taste, and elegance. I highly recommend an evening with Chimichurri's. Come hungry and bring a taste for the best wine. You will be impressed!
We went here for our anniversary dinner and the service was phenomenal. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the view of Lake Houston. They brought out complimentary fried plantains to start us out and a plate of grilled veggies. My favorite of the night were the arepitas! The beef was braised and seasoned to perfection! Will definitely come back for a date night.

Once you find a spot you will have built up your appetite. The service here is great. I recommend their raspberry lemon drop. Their empanadas are a good choice for an appetizer. I ordered their charcuterie meat board and paired with roasted potatoes, truffle Mac n cheese as well as French fries
Great spot to take out your significant other. The food is amazing and the servers are on point. I would highly recommend it. We had several other items in the menu but they were so delicious that we ate them before we took a picture. Definitely coming back.
The ambiance was great and inviting from the moment we enter the restaurant. Although our waitress was a little inattentive and seemed annoyed overall with out table of two, most of the staff was friendly and very professional. The hostess was super sweet and attentive. The manager was very attentive and checked on us several times and made sure we got what we needed. The food had good flavor, great presentation and the portions were fair. We had the queso frito for appetizer, which was creamy and great to start with. We order the Pechuga crujiente and the Pollo criollo, and both were full of different flavors that combined well together. For dessert we ordered the torrejas and the dessert called " no thank you" and both were delicious. The bathrooms are very clean and cozy, and candles on every table make the ambiance feel very relaxed. Overall, we enjoyed our time and hopefully we'll be back soon.
I just had my birthday celebration at Chimichurri's, which was a wonderful experience. It was a beautiful venue with an amazing view. The food was authentic & delicious. Isidro the manager was very friendly & catered to our needs. Yara the event coordinator was very helpful when planning the event. My guests enjoyed the venue as well as the food. Certainly recommend for any special event.

As one of the few excellent, upscale, white table cloth restaurants in the Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita area, Chimichurri's is a real treat for those looking for a "night out on the town" without having to actually go into town! They always cook the steaks perfectly, the seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared, the sides are all amazing, the wine list is extensive, and the bartenders can make any special drinks you want with high end skill, flavor, and presentation!
Chimichurri's is one of our "go to" places for the wonderful restaurant experience of a romantic date night full of delicious food, tasty drinks, soft lighting, and intimate conversation! Chimichurri's never lets us down!
Lovely place on Lake Houston. Always great steak. Our waiter was the best, didn't rush us and food was brought only after our previous plates were cleared. Cocktails were the bomb!
I can not say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. The attention to detail is just excellent. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by an absolute beautifully decorated restaurant with gorgeous chandeliers, mirrors, and floor to ceiling windows that look onto lake Houston. customer service is top notch. Hostess was professional, kind, and welcoming and all the waiters were hard working and impressive. The entire menu is so mouth watering we had the hardest time figuring out what to order because everything sounded so amazing. We finally decided on the 8oz filet cooked perfectly medium rare, plantain crusted chicken, and the snapper with scallops. A side of the most delicious mashed potatoes I've ever had, large fat asparagus, and lump crab meat. For dessert, the chocolate torte, which reminded me more of a chocolate tres leches, and the sample trio of sorbets. Everything was just amazing.
They started us off with fried plantains and an olive oil/garlic/ and parsley dipping sauce. So much flavor! Next we had the escargot appetizer. It's the most unique escargot we've ever had. It's served in a crusty bread bowl in a buttery white wine sauce. Amazing!We had Chilean sea bass and red snapper entrees. The fish was cooked perfectly. Everything was very fresh and hot.
The service was impeccable! Highly recommend! One of the best meals we've had in the Houston area.
