Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They don't have a lot of the newly released items available, however they do have a few custom/local items I've never seen offered before. I once ordered a newer item on the app, and after arriving they told me they didn't have it. They were quick to offer me alternatives that were equivalent to the price I paid. Other than not having the item I originally wanted, I was quite pleased with my overall experience!

Came through Popeyes after bowling and changed up from getting the tried and true 5 piece tender meal and got the 1/2 pound popcorn shrimp instead….and let’s just say I was not disappointed in the quantity and quality of the meal. Along with some of the better sweet teas on the island, Popeyes always satisfies.

I would rate this Popeyes restaurant 4 out 5. Reason being: they are out of a lot of things sometimes. Staff is professional, but sometimes they keep missing miner things like sauces, the chicken sandwich that I ordered was not good. It’s like they over fried it a little. Had a burnt taste, and it was under seasoned. Also it was missing pickles.

About mid november 2020 I experienced some poor customer service. I reported it on the popeyes website on 'contact us' and today I heard back from the popeyes restaurant. They apologized for the poor experience, let me know it didn't represent their values and what really got me was when they wanted to dig into the issue directly with the customer and find out what happend. I really appreciated that, and they asked me to give them a second chance I gave them a second chance and I had a100% better experience tonight and and I loved the customer to employee interaction. I'll definitely go back again.
