Domino's Pizza

The day following this experience manager Tim reached out for more info, to apologize, and offered a store credit. We redeemed today and the service and food was great, thanks Tim! ------------ Super frustrating experience. Tried to order pizzas online but the system wasn't working. Called the store and asked if they could honor the deal, the guy said yes and got my order all entered. When it came time to pay there was an issue, the manager ended up getting on the phone and told me they couldn't do the online deal (definitely could have just done a price adjustment to honor what her employee had told me, but I rolled with it). She said they could do a different deal (2 med 2 topping for 19.99) instead, so we did that. After re-ordering everything, she then told me she *couldn't* do that deal because there were too many changes, I explained we had ordered before without issue, then she said they could. My total came back quite a bit more than it should have, and she was unable to explain why the price was so high or itemize out the charges for me. I ended up declining to order. 20 minutes on the phone (30 min total including trying to work the website) and still ended up with no pizza due to uninformed/undertrained staff.

I usually order carry out on the Domino’s App, and pick it up here mainly since it’s convenient, and I have never had any mistakes with my order. (Of course that will vary depending on how busy it is, and who is working there). Whenever I come here to pick it up, they are quick to get your order out to you, and are very nice. Only thing is sometimes there may be some leftover trash by the tables, or something spilled by others who sit and eat there, but besides that I’d say this is a great place if you love dominos! Just don’t walk inside the door like I did, you’ll find yourself in the kitchen, and it’s awkward lol.

Dang ole dominoes does it again. Bringing cheap pizza to an island in the middle of the Pacific. You wanna pizza party well guess what bubby, there is a pizza place right next door. Get out of your house, walk like three steps to your right and boom.... pizza. Sometimes I like to mix it up a little, get me some pepperoni and bacon or mushroom or if I'm feeling antsy i might even get extra pepperoni. Butttttt we did order extra pepperoni and clearly didnt get it this most recent time. that happens with food businesses, so you are forgiven this time dominos. I will let you keep your 5 stars.
