Take extreme caution when parking. Because it's on the side of the road with freight trucks going 30-40 in a 25. Lady working there is super friendly even though this palace gets crowded. I got here at 12:30 but there was a sign saying "on lunch, be back at 1". It was worth the wait in the sun.

Great and friendly service. It's may be a a small store only open on Thursday and Friday but they have a wide variety of cookies to choose from. You can choose from a single cookie to 55 cookie packages. And they all taste great.

They have a good selections of cookies for everyone. They also have seasonal cookies too. Everything is baked fresh too and they also have excellent gifts package. You can selections what kinds you wants in the various boxes or whatever you needs. The Sand Island location has limited hours and only open a couple days of the week. But they have a kiosk at the Ala Moana center foods court. The prices and selections are the same.

Awesome local cookie joint. Decent prices. Everything is pickup only right now due to COVID, so order ahead! Also, parking is three or four spots so be prepared to walk and possibly dodge traffic.

Cookies get 5 stars especially the new holiday flavors! The signage and parking at this location are not at all clear. Also the cashier was not noticing that I was running late due to the delay in finding this location and so took a lot of time ringing me up. The bad location and slow customer service caused me to be late for something for which I had to pay if I was late. :( So I had to dock a star for location and lack of awareness.

Mahalo Honolulu Cookie Co! You rock!!! I ordered a mother's day gift package for someone very special to me, and they shipped it so fast...across the entire country! Customer service was exceptional every step of the way! Thank you Miki! I was her first order on a new computer system, and she did an excellent job! She surely deserves a raise 😀👍🏼And your cookies are heavenly! YUM!!! I bring some home with me everytime I visit!
