Great coffee, they just run out fast!
The staff is super friendly and full of Aloha!
They are so nice here they will even go get your coffee from the drive thru, for us unable to drive, when they run out inside.

This McDonald's is the best on the island. I don't review fast food places, but the people who work here are amazing. They are so kind and great customer service. Kitchen staff who work in the morning are so good, they make the food right and it doesn't taste old/smashed/thrown together like some other McDonald's on Island. Thank you for being my morning stop when I'm in a rush!

The lady at the drive thru on the night shift - it sounds like she is singing when she takes your order. It was so pleasant and unexpected, it put a smile on my face. Great customer service.

As a visitor, I love both Local Platters with Spam (with or without Portuguese Sausage).
The quality of the Spam surprisingly varies from location to location, and even at the same location. Sometimes the Spam is too watery and spongy, but most times it is very good.
Only way to make breakfast and lunch better at Hawaii McDonald’s? Offer authentic malasadas!

I enjoyed the generous Soft serve Ice Cream for $0.59. Granted that it might be a limited time offer. This McDonald's hidden away in Manoa Valley was very well designed and maintained. The staff was courteous and professional. Foods always a good deal at McDonald's.

Manoa McDonald hace not been thru their Drive Thru in years. Very much the same. Food hot coming over the trolley. 4 rating due to person who took the order made a few mistakes but person at the take out window cheerful & quickly fixed them
