Jack In The Box

If you like the Jack in the box vibe, this is the place to experience it! Iconic wall art only in Hawaii. The store attracts people living on the streets and there are confrontations, but it never gets out of hand. If you can put up with that, this is a must visit location for junk culture aficionados!

It's Jack-in-the-box! Great food, staff was courteous, and out was pretty busy. The bathrooms are not a destination is willingly visit again. We ordered a spam platter (a must), the mini tacos (a munchie fav), a Frisco burger, and chicken nuggets for the little one. None of these items disappointed. Their drink machine did not properly dispense sodas so we ended up drinking Fanta and Minute Made lemonade, which were good. Definitely recommend the food, not the views.

Being from the islands, customer service is big. We all want to be treat fairly. No excuses. I've noticed now the managers are taking the orders at the windows because before kids were at the windows at drive thru not properly taking orders and giving away free food. But now everything runs smoothly. Good food, great customer service and the atmosphere is where ever your heart's desire to seat.

I really don't see how people can be so aggressive and mean to Jack in The box. We should all be so lucky that they're still open 24 hours post pandemic. Yes they're busy all the time and they don't even get tips. Please just remember they are human just like anybody else but with 10 times the stress with people always yelling at them, constant delivery orders, supplies being out of stock, and not to mention the skeleton crews at night. And honestly out of the last 10 times you've ordered from them how many times has it been a bad experience.
