Cafe Fusion is open and cooking! It's all take out at this time as most places are, but the quality and quantity of their offerings is gastronomically with gusto. Stopped in for lunch and dined on the Manpeche plate. That's "U'u for da locals. Ono kine grinds with great sauce, salad and rice. Still inside New Hope Oahu building, but moved to bigger space on the Makai side of the building. along with New Hope Coffee Company. Check em out!

Barista was very nice and informative. She was very helpful even though she was the only barista and had a decent sized line. The coffee was ok. I got a 16 oz. Americano with a splash of almond milk. I ordered a cold brew to go. They have frequent buyer cards and discounts if you bring a pre purchased container.

Cute little cafe located inside New Hope, off Sand Island Access Road. Portions are a little on the light side (just a small piece of fish and a small piece of chicken in my combo plate), but the taste was good. Wish the fish was more meaty and panko-y and not swai (basa) but overall a good experience. Seating area is limited (maybe 8 tables including outside?) but once a large group left, we got a table. Check them out. They also sell coffee.
