Solid shaved ice if not spectacular and a bit pricey. The flavors are a bit artificial but it’s still a top 5 spot on Oahu.

Brain freeze at its best I tell you what just got a small cup rainbow flavor just went classic and I was impressed competition for Matsamoto's on the North Shore in Hale'iwa!!!!!but they have all the fun flavors of today n also check out their seeds walk in off to da left ok enjoy. ALOHA

I love a good snocone so I couldn’t go to Hawaii and not get a real Hawaiian shave ice. The location isn’t far from Waikiki (maybe a 5 minute drive) so it was a great way to cool off after a day of playing in the water.
The employees were very friendly and service was crazy fast. Flavors were yummy and the ice truly was like snow. YUMMY!

The ice is very fine which makes it really good. However, like Matsumoto, it comes in a bowl and it becomes a sugary soup very fast as compared to Aoki's which drains.
One star off because the guy making it doesn't want to be there and his attitude shows it. Remember it is the customers who made you who you are.

Best shaved 🍧 ice ever. Lots of flavors to choose from. They even had some Chinese plum seeds and other products for purchase.

We really love the shave ice here, but our first attempted visit here this week was a bust because they were not open at 11 when the sign said they were opening. We waited for 10 minutes and there was no one there to open so we gave up and left with disappointed kids. So be prepared that they may not be open when they say they are.
The shave ice is the smoothest and is well priced.

We came here when a cab driver recommended it.
You order at the window (it can be tough to choose, there is over 50 flavours) and then she expertly crafts your dessert.
It is melt in your mouth soft and I could eat this every single day.
You know it’s a hit when locals and tourists gather together.

I first had waiolas at the original location. I was laughing at the attack bird sign but if you order a musubi that bird wants to share it with you . 😂
We love our kaimuki location. Especially on Wednesday… keiki eat free so it’s a fun after school walk.
Favorite things are how super fine the ice is shaved, it melts in your mouth. The custard bowls are amazing and big enough to share, but the pickled mango with li hing is hands down the very best part of a hot day
