Stopped by on a spur of the moment decision for lunch after a workout. Have always seen it and always wanted to try it. Girls are very friendly and the menu is interesting. While the food menu is simple and enticing, we wish it had a couple more selections. The sandwiches are pre-made, and we both tried the chicken panini. It was missing something, and we both agreed. A little aioli would've been good as the sandwich just fell a little short. Would love to see them reduce the health smoothies a little so they can carry more food items. We really wanted to like it a lot more. A helpful suggestion would be to consolidate the machinery around the counter so they can "see" the counter space in front of the customers and better service them. May not be back, but if we do, hopefully, we'll be pleasantly surprised. Still, I'm rooting for this location in a high traffic area. It is worth a first-time try. 😉✌️

This place is truly amazing! The Gelato flavors are on point! We had the Biscottino & the Tahitian Vanilla. Omg! Let's not forget about the fantastic service we received from Laura! Such a beautiful soul, absolutely enjoyed our experience!

The gelato at the Kahala Mall location of IL Gelato Hawaii is absolutely divine! The flavors are rich and creamy, and there's always a wide selection to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always happy to help me decide on the perfect flavor. The store itself is located in a convenient spot in the mall and has a cozy, inviting atmosphere. I can't recommend this gelato shop enough – it's a must-try for anyone visiting the Kahala Mall area. Five stars!

The gelato is so exquisite it's my ultimate favorite out of anywhere on this island. The flavors are so unique and the sorbet is so light and airy. The service is hands on with smiles on their face :)

I absolutely LOVE this adorable gelato shop in the heart of Kahala Mall. It is so quaint and cute. It's the perfect location for a nice stop for a delectable treat on any day. My favorite item has to be the affogato supremo with a scoop of Hawaiian Sea Salt Caramel gelato and another scoop of Kona Coffee gelato. TWO gelato scoops AND TWO espresso shots with whipped cream AND chocolate shavings, yummmm! It's like heaven on earth. :) I highly recommend trying everything on their menu from the paninis with the homemade focaccia bread to the macaron sandwiches. You will NOT be disappointed with not only the quality of the product, but the friendly and super sweet staff. I love IL Gelato!!! :D
