Great food for a great price. Clean restaurant, parking area and nice landscaping. Well run chain. Wish the forks would stop breaking in half while cutting the meat :) but Zippy’ is great.

I went to Zippys this morning I ordered and waited awhile for my order. I bought two Club Sandwich with French Fries and one Mushroom Burger with French Fries. We got home and had lunch. The two Club Sandwiches was enjoyed by my Mom and Brother. The Mushroom Burger was mine. It was oily the veggies inside was all wilted and the sandwich was cold. The bun was soggy. It looked like it was made much earlier and left till someone ordered it. Me... It seemed strange the sandwich was wrapped two times because it's always wrapped only one time. The first wrapper was soaked with oil. I won't be going back to this Zippys. So far other Zippys always serve fresh food.
I decided to give this Zippys another try. I bought 2 Deluxe Zip Packs 1 Zip Pack 1 Chili Burrito 2 Onion Rings. I'm happy to say this time my family and I enjoyed our lunch. Everything was delicious. Also the Chocolate Dipped Doughnut and Malasadas was delicious too.

Usually order a couple plates every week for the family. My experience last week was average or below average but this time Naomi, the aunty that brought out the food to the car was so awesome and friendly that the food tasted ten times better than usual. Keep up the great Aloha service aunty 🤙

Got there 10minutes to closing and got my order(Korean fried chicken), drink(orange bang) and dessert within 6 minutes. Everything hot and delicious

I love Zippys, their food was amazing, but to quote my friend, they weren't very "Zippy" as it took 15 minutes for our food to come out while the area was empty. Good Food still so it deserves atleast 4 stars.
