It's my first meal and restaurant in Hawaii. I don’t care whether it is a franchise restaurant or not, anyway I had excellent experience and wonderful service from there. Our server may be Mr. Joshua(I’m not sure but I got permission to upload his photo with my young man), he was the kindest person I’d ever met in Hawaii for 10 days. The food was good as well compared to other restaurants I visited. I asked him to recommend menu not salty and greasy considering for kids so it wasn't salty like other reviews.

This is an awesome restaurant & amazingly priceless experience. We went to celebrate my Moms birthday. From the hostess to the our server Jason, the customer service was great. The food was great and the family enjoyed ourselves.

Good fun place to have dinner that you have to try at least once. Great service and food isn't bad. Not cheap though like a lot of American restaurants. But for the atmosphere it's worth it alone.

Fun place to enjoy a meal. The pricing is higher than other, probably due to the novelty factor.
When we settled in for our meal we were surprised to have one of the waiters sit down at our table and chat - which was interesting and rather novel. We learned about the local sports and other items of conversation.
When you order a drink they provide a very fancy colour light flashing drinking (plastic) glass, certainly a collectors item - we purchased 3.
We were happy to visit Forrest’s mates Seafood chain.
Out the front is a pair of Forrest Gump’s shoes to pose in.

I'm not sure how seafood can get any better. Crab legs were outstanding, and the mixed shrimp basket was also great. Our server, who was working the bar was very attentive.

Staffs are very friendly. The manager was very friendly. He came over and talked to us because we are members of the LSC. Service are very quickly. The food is always super delish.
