We placed an order for two pizzas. Once of the orders specified to have extra sauce on it, because it was cheese less. This order did not have extra sauce so it's very dry. When opening the box for the pepperoni pizza one of the extra garlic butters was put on the top of the pizza. Since this was an online order we were notified of the progress steps. We live at most 6 minutes from the restaurant, yet it took over half an hour for our pizzas to make it to our home. I hate to say this, but I regret the cash tip we left, because I'm honestly not sure that the service we recieved was worthy of one.

I called and spoke with the manager to resolve the issue. He was very polite and compensated us for the issues.
When I order pizza 90% of the time I get if here. However 50% of those orders are messed up but they always make it right.
The staff were cheerful looked to be enjoying their jobs. My breadsticks were soft, cut correctly, and had a great taste. The marinara sauce was flavored perfectly seasoning were not over done. Highly recommend this store.
Great pizza chain. My crust was crisp and the pie wasn't soggy or limp. The flavor was on point. Make sure to try the Zesty Italian Trio. Service was fast and with a smile. They had my order for pickup ready in 10 minutes!!
They have excellent pizza. Probably the best pizza chain between dominoes, pizza BUTT and the papa johns. Good pizza, decent price, friendly help, and i also don't feel like i want to die after eating the pizza. You can tell the ingredients are better.

I told them my dad and I team drive a semi and on a time limit; They got the order ready, warm, and waiting in a timely mannor. Also very courteous, kind, and patient. Store is clean and easy to find. Being complete strangers also wished us safe travels. A little more faith in humanity restored. Thank you again Gentlemen!
