Arby's

Amazingly, their lamb gyros taste even better than the Greek place. The staff at this location is consistently the friendliest of any fast food place I have visited. The food doesn't take that long in the Drive-Thru, and the dining room is sometimes open, despite apparently being plagued by the same shortage of workers other restaurants are experiencing.

Went here because I let my son choose dinner. At 7:30, I get through my whole order at the drive thru with a polite man then a lady forcefully comes on the intercom saying they don’t have roast beef and to come back in half an hour. Didn’t even offer if we wanted to wait nor offered alternatives. Came back half hour later, start to order 2 sandwiches and lady again interrupts we don’t have any roast beef. She said to come back again in half an hour, she seemed irritated. I said again (not being a Karen) and was polite? She said it’s been a busy night and they’d already sold out of the last one they cooked. There were no cars the first time and none came behind me then there were only 2 cars the second time. Needless to say I went somewhere else. Either the employees aren’t being trained and don’t have resources in which division management should step up or this lady has had enough and was off her customer service game last night.

Why does the fish look like they just took old fish and put it in the fryer again.. it tasted so horrible I couldn't finish. I am never ordering the fish again was hoping for a better first time experience but the disgusting food put me off. The tomatoes and lettus also looked way past shelf life way to much mayo as well. Arby's is better than this and I hope they take food seriously next time we want to do a office order
