My Coffee was was under filled which they said was "necessary due to cutbacks" and my sons chicken nuggets were in a cookie bag. Not to mention they forgot our sauces.

I go to this location out of convenience, despite my orders being wrong nine times out of ten. But I've worked in the restaurant business and I always figured, it happens sometimes, and I am always understanding and just go with it. But after seventeen hundred times, this has to stop. I got McDonald's at this location twice this week, and both times I had items missing from my order. This particular time, I ordered one drink and received three straws. Surprisingly, I also received the correct drink itself. It was so frozen, I had to wait thirty-five minutes for it to thaw before I could consume it. I was missing several things from my order, that I require to survive. So I had to leave the comfort of my vehicle to retrieve the items myself, like some sort of animal. I don't mind getting the extra straws, though. At least I'll have them in my car to use the next time they forget to give me straws for my drinks.

Average. Drive thru was impatient. I ordered for 2 people and she cut me off before I could even ask for drinks. Getting really tired of subpar fast food.

0 Stars but cannot do that. Had to return because food was made incorrectly for my daughter then mine had copious of amounts of sauce. Literally inedible. 2nd time, EXACT SAME WAY. Thanks for making me pay for food I cannot eat! Will never return! 🤨

Mike, the shift manager was great!! Great Mcsperience! However, once we got our order, everything went down hill. 9 instead of 10 nuggets. Both premium chicken sandwiches were wrong. Even the redo was wrong. So, quality control is zero.

The bathroom smells like a dumpster fire... can be smelled from the lobby. Not a good atmosphere for customers.

one of the worst mcdonald’s experiences i’ve had. went through & got a diet coke, 2 large fries, & a caramel frappe. got to the window to get the food & only had one large fry in the bag, had to ask for the second. manager said nothing, just turned around & shut the window, no apology or anything. she got our fries, handed it to us & we asked for ketchup. after she handed it to us she said “any alfredo sauce, marinara, what else?” in a very sarcastic tone. pulled out & took a drink & it was regular coke instead of diet. the manager was a brown headed woman. couldn’t get her name bc she didn’t have a name tag on. super, super rude about us just asking for what we paid for. not the first bad experience we’ve had there.
