The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I have had some not so great visits to this location but on my last visit it was excellent, friendly staff, delicious food and most importantly to me it was all made correctly to order. I'm sure people can get overly picky about how they want their food made but it seemed like more often than not I ended up with cheese on my burgers or regular sodas after asking for neither. I will definitely be back if things are like my last visit, keep up the good work!

Solid Wendy’s. Not the cheapest fast food (emphasis on “fast food”), but pretty decent quality. The employees did a great job and all with a smile on their faces. Food was pretty much as advertised, not sloppily put together like some fast-food places.

Wendy's Finally opened up their dining room after a long absence due to covid. Their dining room was meticulously clean their burgers were little better than average and their newly touted fries were better than the average larger fries but not as good as several thinner fries available in the area. A big plus was their self serve beverage dispenser And it's multiple choices. I wish they had ketchup dispensers instead of those awful packets.

Drive through burger was so cold to the touch that I had to wait until I got home and microwave it before eating. I mean, I don't expect much from Wendy's but cooked should he the minimum.

The Wendy’s on Hixson pike evening crew is ALWAYS polite. We are always impressed with their professionalism. Our order is always correct as well. Just wanted to say that they are doing a great job and I hope someone tells them.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered a baconator and a strawberry lemonade and I mentioned that it was my birthday and it would be really cool if they offered some kind of reward for birthdays like a free Frosty or something. And the sweet ladies at the window Miss Laura and Ms Kel paid for me a frosty for my birthday. That was so thoughtful and really made my day! The food was delicious it was quick and the service was immaculate I highly recommend this Wendy's and want to give kudos to all the amazing sweet people that work there!
