Jersey Mike's Subs

Our family loves Jersey Mike’s and has always been a Friday night favorite. Today the gentleman working behind the counter was extremely rude. We were greeted with “it’s going to be a while because there’s like 20 orders ahead of you”. Not a problem was our response. He was obviously not having a good day and he definitely was not happy. We were just really disappointed in the service and his irritation that we had come in to order a sandwich.

The girl working here may be the rudest most uncooperative person in the world. I’ve come here every year on my birthday for a free sandwich and I came today and she said “it looks like you don’t have any reward for a free sandwich” when my app says my birthday in it and I’ve gotten one every year. What’s up with that? Then I said i would just pay for it and I got a 6 inch with turkey and she tried to put bacon on it and i said i don’t want bacon and she said “well we go by the names. so you want a club sandwich without the bacon.” Like no I just wanted a 6 inch with turkey pickles and lettuce. So I drove 30 minutes to get my free sandwich on my birthday and ended up paying $12. Never will come back to this location.

I was rather surprised with the level of customer service that I received. As a man on the ASD, I have trouble communicating my needs verbally, Dyllan took his time to ensure I had order the correct items on my sandwich. His kindness and love that he put into the sandwich made my lunch great. I will come back to this location every time for a sandwich due to Dyllan's dedication to service.

Went in the store to order around 2 pm not one person in the store besides myself. I was informed that they could not take my order for at least 30 minutes because of the amount of online orders. What happened to taking care of the customer that is in front of you. Jersey Mike's might want to have little better customer service training for their employee's and managers. Never the less I took my business to Subway and was waited on when I walked in.

Two suggestions: 1. Clean your dining room - 6 workers in the store and someone having to ask you to clean off a table is unacceptable. 2. Learn what goes on a sandwich - husband's sandwich was missing ingredients. Before you say why didn't he say something, he isn't that type of customer. Food fresh, staff friendly.
