Starbucks

Fast, clean, with friendly people. I really enjoy the ability to order my drink just like I want it, such as the right amount of sugar and such. I got unsweetened tea with only "one pump" of cane sugar syrup. Perfect. I really like their no-straw feature and their new sip lids. This is a particularly convenient location...easy in and then gone when you want to be. Or stay and hang out!

I gotta brag on the lady that served us today, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but I came in w my special needs client. He is autistic among other things and does not adapt to or accept change well. He had gotten a banana coconut drink before and loved it. He has requested this drink ever since. I'm not sure this drink even exists anymore. But I encouraged him to try something new and the sweet young lady behind the counter fixed him right up. She made the difference almost a non-issue. He loved his new drink! He still wants the banana one, but now he has an alternative and that is incredible for him! Great heart. Great communication. Smiled and beyond patient. Excellent. 5 stars

They offer in store or drive thru pick up but when I went, they had the lobby closed so I had to get back in my car, spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru, only to get this. Can you tell me in what world this is extra cream? I barely even think this hits the mark for normal amount of cream. Had to go buy creamer from Walmart on the way home because I couldn’t bring myself turn around.

Clueless customer service. Took order 3 times got it wrong. Is this hard?? Small coffee cream and sugar, small ice tea Splenda. Got two coffees cream and Splenda. Didn't call my name, just looked into space and there they say on the counter. My friend waited w diabetes in a hot car because of our 2 dogs he said it took a half hour.

The staff were amazingly friendly here! I was looking at merchandise and had someone come out and greet me and help me out. There was no wait in the line, the options were grand, and the service from the cashier was great. Everyone I saw in the store was working hard. This Starbucks has plenty of seating available which is great, and they have lots of outdoor seating for you to take advantage of as well! I would recommend you visit here if you're in the area and need your coffee fix!
