A really cool place to eat on HHI! Good food, good prices, great music, and good service. This place takes you back in time and has a cool feel.
Staff members are all very friendly. My husband and I had a late dinner around 8pm and received good service and tasty food. My husband loved the clam chowder soup, and I loved the chicken tenders and fries. We also split a hot fudge brownie sundae and it was pretty good!
Their pies and cakes looked delicious. They have a lot of options on their menu as well as all-day breakfast.
I definitely recommend stopping here to eat!
Love this place! Had a great breakfast with over easy eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and some pancakes and it was all cooked perfectly. The service was also great! Very cute place.
As far as dining in Hilton Head goes, this has been a reliable and fairly priced option for us every time. Food tastes great, quick ticket times. Gotta show them some love!
This restaurant has a classic 50s to 70's diner feel to it. They serve breakfast all day and serve your food hot and fast. I had to Buefort sandwich to try something more "local," which was pretty good. It was really hot outside and ended up drinking 3 pepsis quite quickly, which i got the feeling was annoying the waitress a little, although she served them up. Overall, I enjoyed eating here.
Food was good, strawberry malt was better. Try the ranch!. The menu has an impressive variety and I was surprised to see that they serve beer, wine and liquor. The service was friendly, however could have been more attentive. The desserts are huge! They really need to update the ceiling because the drop down tiles are riddled with stains. This diner has a lot of potential for 5 stars, just needs a little love.
Sherry was our amazing server! She had so many tables to take care of! If you get there during a busy period, best to order simple and expect to wait awhile if you need a refill or add on to your order. The kitchen is fast but the waitstaff can only handle so much.
I ordered the gluten free chocolate chip pancakes and they were delicious! I’m really happy that had so many Gluten free options!

The Banana Foster French toast was the best French toast that I have ever tasted. I typically shy away from French toast, but we went back just because of how great it tasted.
A fantastic Hilton Head Island foodie experience. We ate there 3 times in a row; and absolutely, would go to enjoy our meals every day if we lived nearby. The diner is clean and tidy-- and it has a great authentic retro vibe. Their portions are hearty and tasty. The staff and managers are very friendly and accommodating. Late lunch on Thanksgiving day. Walking in, the place had a little bit of a madhouse vibe, which I guess is to be expected.
Server was friendly but maybe a little bit overwhelmed. Not the fastest or most attentive, but she gets credit for even being there.
Food was excellent. Far better than I expected. I would have been willing to forgive a lot but it was unnecessary.
Next time we're in town we will definitely try again.
