Everything was delicious, once again! We love this hidden gem. It's nestled back in the Office Park just outside Sea Pines on the Southern part of Hilton Head. Every dish we have gotten has been yummy and it's a part of our must-go-to restaurants when we vacation. If you like traditional Asian food, you're really going to enjoy Relish.
We had vegetable spring rolls and chicken lettuce wraps as appetizers. Both had traditional flavors and were quite good.
Main dishes included a warm spinach salad, eggplant with tofu, a raman dish and Kong Pou chicken. Each person was very happy with their dish.
First time coming here and our dinner was delicious!!! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet! We will most definitely be back. We tried the general Tso’s , spring rolls, and tonkotsu ramen. The chicken was juicy and delicious and the rice was cooked perfectly! The spring rolls were crispy and tasty. My ramen was delicious and filling. Definitely give it a try!
Relish:OMG!!! Wonton soup as good as home made. Chicken lettuce wraps and mongolian beef were perfectly cooked. Pork belly bau spot on.
Food A+, service below avg: very understaffed, 30min wait to place order (,we had reservations). I would order takeout next time. Delicious Asian Comfort food!
Be aware they do not take Amex cards. The general tsos chicken was great! The ramen noddles were a bit over cooked for my liking.

Do recommend this place. Food was good but service lacked a little.
We also were given side plates that were dirty: food still it and greasy (see pics). This is absolutely gross and not acceptable. The server did apologize and get us clean ones. Good food helped them redeem some stars.
Service: fairly slow but giving the benefit of the doubt to the restaurant as they seemed short staffed. Once seated it took us 7mins or so just for them to ask us or offer us water.
We also saw other tables that weren’t cleared for a while.
Food: seemed fresh and tasted good no complains here. We could see in the kitchen and it seemed like the chefs weren’t wearing hairnets so thought it was a bit awkward.
Veg spring rolls: fresh and very tasty. $1.5 per roll so order as many or as little.
Kung Pao Tofu: wasn’t the best or near other ones but tasty and edible.
Udon Noodles: overall good tasting but the chicken seemed old or not good quality as it had weird texture to it and chewy (slightly overcooked as well)
I would put grandma’s secret recipe wonton soup with homemade dumplings up against any in the country..Consistently great food
Relish is a great place to stop for pho on the island, especially if you're staying in Sea Pines as this is just outside the north entrance and directly accessible by bike. We haven't had a pho spot nearby in our hometown for the longest time, so one of the things we look forward to the most about going down to Hilton Head is biking to Relish to get some pho. The atmosphere here is great. The windows are tinted so even if it's a bright summer day it has a great, cozy ambience inside. There are a few tables outside for outdoor dining underneath the building awning/cover. There's a wishing fountain and small grass areas in the courtyard outside that kids can enjoy before/during/after eating, and a great movie theater with a small selection of movies just around the corner if you're looking for dinner and a movie.
Absolutely love this place. Any time we are in Hilton Head, this is a must go. The wonton soup, dumplings, General Tso's and Mongolian Beef are all amazing. The soup is the chef's grandmother's recipe from China. The dumplings are fresh and pan seared and the sauce isn't too sweet. The General Tso's offers the right amount of heat without being overly sweet...great balance. The Mongolian Beef is tender with tremendous flavor.

Smart, clean decor, friendly waitress and delicious food! This restaurant is located in the shopping center next to Harris Teeter. Beautiful landscaping. Jennifer our waitress made us feel very welcomed and talked with us. She made us feel like friends instead of customers! The pulled pork sandwich was tender, great flavor and not overwhelmed by a sauce. My husband had the breakfast skillet which was good and a large serving. We will be back!
