7-eleven

It's always someone begging for change at the front door and i swear it's like clockwork a different person every couple hours like it's there job. Now it's one guy that cleans up out there which is fine. But to have a person laid out at the front door in middle of the day is not cool. Other than that good place. I am in an out this store every time.

I just left this store the cashier Ms Kin was so rude. She greeted some customers with welcome to 7 Eleven which I said to myself that’s so nice. I was getting my Amazon packages out of the lockers. I went to the car to put packages in and wanting something to drink. I went to get my drink and went to Ms Kin she said nothing to me at all. She collected my money gave me my change. I thought she would have said have a nice day nothing at all. I said thank you to her and have a good day. She said nothing at all. She was rude and I work in customer service. That was very rude and very unprofessional of her. Not to mention I am a Muslim woman who treats everyone with the upmost respect. I think she should be sent to a customer service class to learn you never know who you are serving and to treat everyone with that respect that she had when I heard her greet customers when I first walked in. Therefore she get one star. Poor customer service. Really no stars.
