I eat Jimmy John’s in every city everywhere I go. This one in Hillside made the best Beach club unwhich that I have ever had! And I am a connoisseur. Thank you so much!

Sandwich was good but staff was weird. I asked very politely for a glass of water with my sandwich which was over ten dollars and the girl said "We don't have glasses of water". I obviously gave her a strange confused look and she smirked and turned away from me. Wouldn't put it over Jimmy Johns to not want to provide customers with tap water without charging them 5 dollars, but that's no way to say no to a paying customer about to eat your salty lunch meats.

Placed my order online and was ready for pickup about 10 minutes later. Very informative keeping me updated when my food would be ready.

I have been inside and thru the drive-up. My order is partially correct. I ask for my sub to be cut in half, I have to verify. I ask for a slim tuna and get a slim 1, roast beef. 100% of the time, I am not asked if I am a rewards member. Go a little further to Broadview location. Worth it.

My wife and I came to dine in for lunch. I'm not sure why, however they made the next four orders prior to ours, after we placed our order. I asked where our sandwiches were they said they were next up. No apology, explanation, or anything. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich, the lady acknowledged me and ignored my request. Poor customer service.
