Ordered the #12, NO provolone. My sandwich has provolone and NO avocado instead. 😒 I can’t turn around as I’m on lunch.
One person was taking my order and then just walked off while I was talking. How rude! The employee at the other register says ‘is there anything else?’ As if I should have assumed that she was taking over my order. Get it together.

Says open at 10am. Its 1020 and the doors are still locked.
Update: link doesnt work but it was on may 7th, at 10:19 am. I called the store, the lady picked up and i.asked are you open ? The lady hesitated and said I can be if you really need to come inside. She then came and unlocked the door. She was very paranoid and didnt want to open.

Very fast service. Roast beef looked very dark. Two types of unimaginative breads. Wasn't offered pickle slices. Would like more veggies than just lettuce and tomato. Uncomfortable seats. Clean.

I ordered sandwiches 2 hours before the requested delivery time. I was at our lobby for almost 1/2 hours waiting for the delivery, while a meeting I was supposed to be leading was delayed, waiting on me. The delivery person went to the wrong place and was lost. I called the store 4 times to find out when I would receive my delivery, and was told they're on the way.
