This location is in downtown Hightstown New Jersey. I ordered ahead online and the food was ready to be picked up ahead of time. The place was not crowded and the staff was friendly. I had the create your own rice bowl with chicken 🐓, yellow rice, cabbage 🥬, beans , spicy 🌶 pineapple 🍍 salsa 💃🏽 cheese 🧀 blends and pico de gallo. The portions were more than enough and the food was good with authentic Mexican 🪅 flavor 🌯 .

What a lovely surprise. Stopped in Hightstown after a long day of work in NY and was headed south. Surprise Surprise - exceptional food (rice bowl with shredded chicken) in what looks like a normal run-of-the-mill carryout. Food was tasty, prepared quickly and overall - it was an excellent meal with prompt service.

This is hands-down one of our family favorite restaurants. Guests come into town asking for us to order from Tacorito. It's just delicious, fresh, and did I mention delicious? Highly recommend the cabbage wrap tacos and the crazy nachos. Those are our go-to's and then we usually get something else from elsewhere on the menu to round out our meal.

Firstly, I’d like to say that this place used to be really good.. unfortunately over the last year the quality has dropped. Last week I ordered Baja tacos.. they had no pineapple or jalapeño.. the things that make them Baja.. this time I gave them another shot. I ordered a Chipotle burrito with steak.. They gave me Tex-Mex burrito with some kind of orange vegetable.. no protein in it at all. Completely inconsistent. Lost my family’s business considering we ordered from here an average of 3x a month.
