This place has nice employees and good food but really needs to be renovated looks very dated

They took my card at the drive thru and never gave it back and swear they gave it back to me after driving at the window

I walked in on a Sunday morning to eat with my family and what a terrible experience. To being with it took for ever to be acknowledged. The place wasn’t even full like maybe 2 tables eating if that. I would think the employees would have some type of manners to at least say “we will be right with you” but no. Upon finally placing our order there was no frappe available at the time. I believe the lady didn’t want to use the blender I’m sure because she already had an attitude and looked annoyed to be working. So Burger King promotes the damn frappe signs and videos all over the damn place but they don’t have the coffee...ok. Then we settle for cups to get from the soda machine and guess what soda machine alllllll soda options were flat. None of them were in working order. We also asked for ketchup we got a whopping 2 packets. I asked the lady can we have more ketchup she gave us 2 more packets. For a family of 4 we got 1 packet each. So just in general from the beginning since we walked into the restaurant it was an unpleasant environment it felt tense since you can sense the employees hated working there and just the whole experience was terrible. Let me not even start with the cleanliness. Bugs everywhere unbelievably how this branch is in compliance with the health department. I should’ve added more pictures of the rest of things I saw. Including the lazy employees.

Their food has gotten better and so have their employees the cashier has got to be the nicest ! Besides that they never have shakes or ice cream. Time to try a different location .it's not have it your way it's have it their way!!!

If I can put 0 stars i would, the jalapeño cheese bite were dry like a rock, the onion rings were stale and cold, the chicken sandwich tasted more like a pickel sandwhich mind you it had no pickles in it. I went through the drive thru around 545pm today the group that was there the group of young men working there are awful haning the food and are not even polite.
