The nastiest & messiest order ever. Food was stuck together and messily delivered. Extremely disappointed in my order and service provided.

I have to rate according to my experience. I placed an order online for pickup and I got my order went home only to find that part of my order was missing. I had to drive back and ask for the missing item and I was told that it was missing because they were out of carnitas. They took it upon themselves to not include it or let me know or even given the option to choose something else. Finally after asking for a refund I was told I have to call customer service. Then the miracle carnitas appeared and they made the missing item. Never again will I order from there.

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Not because of the food but because of the customer service. I arrived to pick up my order and it was being "prepared" mind you I can see my order done but no lid on it. My food stayed open for 15 minutes. Throughout those 15 minutes I asked about my order and all they kept saying was "it's being prepared" while I WATCHED THEM finish other ones and mine literally sitting there getting cold. Horrible customer service.

Chipotle corporate needs to visit this establishment and provide their staff with appropriate customer service training, as serving staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming to their guest. I never leave reviews and negative ones at that, but this has happened multiple times at this location and attention is required.

I’ve been coming to this chipotle for years … I just had the worse costumer service experience you can imagine . When we came in there was no line which was perfect . The girl that was serving the bowls ( first girl to the left ) had an attitude. She was acting like she didn’t understand a word of what we were saying . Music was loud so obviously we had to speak lauder . On top of that she was putting the food in the bowls like it was trash . She treated us badly . This was on January 23 2022 at 11:46 to be exact . I truly hope that management does something about it . The same way she treated us she treated costumers after us .

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I will never go to this place again. The work staff changed completely and these new ones have a very ugly attitude. They made me wait a long time and they pretended that they did not see me so after all they gave me someone else's order and when they gave me mine, it was poorly prepared, without the extras that I had ordered. Very sad about the nasty new staff they have.

This place deserves zero stars. The manager had THE worst attitude of all their workers. The portions are extremely small! The food is not even that good, very spicy. The place is a mess. Never again, buyers beware.

If you want over priced terribly cooked mediocre food go right ahead, this is the only chipotle I can always count on to have me the same burnt rice, tiny portions , soggy chips I don’t understand. Save yourself the headache and go to the one on hialeah gardens blvd or the one in Miami lakes passed shulas steakhouse.
