Pizza Hut

Always have tried to go back again and again. There was 1 other table besides us. Bread sticks were good. Taco pizza tasted like metal and our other pizza they forgot. No Cesar salad. Salad bar was sad. Carrots dried out. Just lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cheese. No bacon bits or sunflower seeds. The waitress was trying hard and the manager came out. The other pizza we finally got was mediocre at best. I keep vowing that we will never be back so I guess this time will be my last. The manager said they changed vendors and that everything tastes different now. Different is OK. Tasting bad is just that- bad. The crust was doughy and there was no chicken on the chicken taco pizza. Do yourself a favor, don't go here.

Very slow for both carry out and dine in. I have had my pizzas messed up three different times for carry out. They made exact same mistake. We Ordered cheese in crust and they gave us regular. I even spoke clear and slowly for the 2nd and 3rd Order. They did give me a refund on 2nd/3rd and offer to make what I ordered . It takes 35-45 min so sitting around for another pie was not a option for me. Long wait time at the restaurant cash register when you pick up pie. 5-10 minimum past scheduled pick up time. Very young unmotivated staff who talks back to management in front of guest. The Only reason they get two stars because they did give refund and the lunch buffet is good. go to Marion if you want Pizza Hut they are better. Worth extra driving.

Got it delivered and food was awful. The chicken wings looked someone broke it before cooking. Chicken bone marrow was leaking from the bones of the broken bones. The bread sticks were cold and hard, only thing really kind of eatable was the pasta. Delivery time was also decent but food wise was awful. Honestly probably would never order it again

This Pizza Hut is a joke. It's hard to mess up a chain restaurant, but somehow they've done it. I was in Herrin visiting friends and we ordered a couple pizzas for carry-out. When we went to pick them up, neither pizza was right and they had clearly over-charged us. We requested to speak to a manager, and when she FINALLY came out, she acted like she didn't care and literally walked away. I rarely call a corporate office to complain, but I did this time. The restaurant itself also left a lot to be desired. There were stains on the carpet and walls and the whole place looked over-due for a major clean.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten. We got there at 1230 for the lunch buffet. They put one pizza out after we got there..one that none of us enjoyed. They could of at least told us they were not going to put pizza out. They were not symathetic and offered us a box for the pizza we ordered our kids instead of addressing the situation.

I want to give a 0 star rating!!! Called to order pizza and 3 people (1 being the manager) did NOT know their delivery boundaries or route. Said they could deliver to Carterville but not off the main road, we asked farm fresh side or motomart way and they said "it's not safe for our drivers to meet for pickup" (not what we asked) #1 but don't they go to strangers houses every delivery? #2 we wanted to know what side of town for delivery since even with giving our address they "didn't" know if it was doable but sounded unsafe?? We plain Jane tried to order pizza like anyone else plus normally as we do with any food joint and got the go around when we could of ordered from Primos who is further by a few miles that definitely deliver to my home without question... Sad to say I won't be ordering from the Hut anymore after 16 years of delivery service (from herrin recently. But anna and carbondale are definitely unrelated to this herrin un professionalism) smh sorry but not sorry after tonight!!! Get your delivery stories straight when it wasn't an issue a month ago 🤷

I placed an order for stuffed pizza rolls and boneless wings and a 2liter. I received garlic twists and wings with no sauce. They said upon calling back they didnt carry the stuffed pizza rolls i pointed out i wasnt told that. They said the sauce that i ordered on the chicken is what i get he would refund the garlic twists. I asked for a replacement and ordered a pizza which was cold and dry.i feel this is extremely unprofessional as i paid cash with my order. This is my first and only experience with Herrin pizza hut. No wonder they hardly have cars in their lot.
