There was only one staff working, so we had to wait a bit.
It seems like the young lady was trying her best to get things rolling, but of course she will be frustrated because line keep on building up.

The lady tonight did an amazing job. Had a bit of a wait since she was working by herself on a Friday night. Bad scheduling guys. She was sweet and apologetic about the wait time. The sandwiches and cookies were great! Hire her more help please!

Whoever they had working today was on point, great service. She even labeled our sandwiches so we didn't have to fumble around when we got home.

Great customer service by the young folks behind the counter. We arrived late, right about the time they closed, told them were on a long road trip, and that we needed Subway, they happily accommodated us, made us awesome and great tasting sandwiches. This is Customer service 101. Great people, cheerful folks, loved the experience.

Less than typical subway food. It's a one man show almost all the time. You're at the mercy of one employee doing all they can all while service and quality spiral down the drain. They run out of product because they do not have time to do everything that is needed and required to run the business.
