Pizza Hut

Most of your favorite chains weren't built with semi trucks in mind, but with being on the side of a highway; they were a quick in and out. When I called in to order the young lady was so pleasant and patient. When I arrived the pizza was almost done, so I grabbed a 2-liter. She packed me up to go the right way. Her customer service consisted of giving plates and napkins in addition to offering cups of ice because the soda was warm and condiments: cheese & peppers. I appreciate her efforts to make my on the road experience better.

Ordered contactless delivery to our hotel. Ordered a dinner box (pizza and breadsticks), no sauce ON the pizza but sauce on the side (one of us doesn’t like sauce). I even called to confirm that. Driver was 20 minutes later than the end of the delivery window, and he refused to bring the pizza to our room - he actually lied and said the hotel policy wouldn’t allow him to, but the front desk said that’s absolutely untrue. Then, once we had our food, they’d forgotten the sauce. :( Completely unsatisfactory. Food was also cold.

Very cordial and nice staff. Clean restaurant with clean restrooms. We were just passing by and needed a break. This stop was very relaxing and refreshing. There was no rush... had one full section of the parking lot to ourselves with no need for the masks, and enjoyed our food peacefully. The food was well prepared and was good too.

They added sauce to my pizza and order was no sauce, when I went to pick it up it took 10 minutes for them to bring my pizza. When I called to let the know I was there the male took my name and vehicle description. In about 5 min. a female came out to the car to ask what my nane was. Finally about 8 min after still waiting I called and told them I was still waiting on my order had they lost it. He said no they were fixing to bring to me. Well 2 min later the girl brought it out and I ask was there a problem with my order, she said no this was her first day and they were showing her how to do all this.
