They charge you for sauce for your mozzarella sticks whe it’s SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT. But they say it’s a “location” thing. The staff doesn’t listen and we ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken and this is what we got, not even close to a full amount. Also wanted to charge us 30 cents for ketchup. Rude staff. Hate it here. Will never come back.

Stopped here a couple of times, while passing through. They are friendly and there is a road for me to park my RV. In these towns it's hard to find parking near food unless you want McDonald's at the Love's...which I do not. Food is meh, but an extra star for parking.

They charge for sauces after you already ordered them and didn’t have to pay for them and didn’t get them. the customer service was horrible and disrespectful. We did not receive half the items we ordered and and had to wait longer . while i’ve worked with sonic corp in the past this is not how they do things or should on the standards of the company.

Ordered sauces and tots on the app, spoke to someone and said we had to pay for the sauces even though we ordered it on the app. As we waited for the tots our food became cold. I never had to pay for sauces when they came with the order or if you asked for extra. Ridiculous!!

Sonic has a great breakfast sandwich for cheap that fills you up. And it's awesome that they have 1/2 price drinks in the morning before 10 and in the evening. They also have great 1/2 priced burgers on Tuesdays which really helps out when you are craving a burger and don't have a lot of money on you. Great customer service and worth the wait for hot fresh food.

I got a free medium cherry limeade coupon at the restaurant for a messed up order and they will not let me use it, It’s not expired. Manager said they do not take them, when they were literally the ones who gave it to us.

The only thing right on my order was the drinks. I got charged for add ons that weren't even added on.
