Bumper's Drive-in

Good burger, loved the hand breaded chicken bites which were actually really large. Fries were ok, tasted good but not very crispy. Tater tots on the other hand, really freaking good. Recommend getting a milkshake too. Service was faster than I expected given everything was made fresh. Prices were really good too, wouldn’t call it cheap but definitely less expensive than stopping at Mc Donald’s and food was way better.

First they got the order wrong. The burger was supposed to have extra toppings. Bacon jalapeno and mushrooms. No cheese. The buns were wet like you threw them in a bowl of cold water. The meat was undercooked. Missing toppings even after they got it wrong the first time. Bun just fell off. The top. Like they just rinsed it off after dropping it on the floor. They were really slow as well. Their fries were good, wouldn't exactly call them Cajun fries like I ordered, but good. So I give a star for that. Otherwise pathetic and sloppy. I should have known it would be nasty from the look of the place, but their other stores in other places pretty decent last time I ate there. I would say avoid this store, skip eating altogether if this is your only option.

Bumpers is a great place to eat and the prices are compatible with other places...of its kind, like Sonic. They have the best ice cream cones, especially there ... always delicious. The service is very good as well. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact, we called in an order for 1 gal. Of Sweet Tea and 1gal. Of unsweetened tea. We called it in and told them we would be there in 15 minutes...and we were. But, we waited for 30 minutes! It made us late for an important event. In all fairness, it's great for pulling in and ordering ; but I won't call in an order for anything again.
