Burger King

Drive thru order. Whopper Jr, fries and Coke Zero. Was told they don't serve Coke Zero, even though it was on the menu screen. Settled for diet coke. Fries were not salted and were lukewarm. The bun was hard, not fresh. The burger and toppings were fresh though. Also ordered an ice cream cone, was told the machine was broken. We had just left Bumpers because their milkshake machine was broken. Saw a McDonalds next door so we decided to swing through there. This is not a place I would recommend.

Burger King has an excellent app that you can download and it really saves you money. For the last couple of months, my husband and I have eaten for the price of one person. They have Senior Citizen drinks for less than a $. Dine in and refills are free. The personnel are friendly and at the Burger King in Hazlehurst, a very efficient manager has always been there. He keeps things moving and they have your food ready in no time. Oftentimes, instead of calling our order number, they have brought our food to our table. The apps you can use over and over again. They only need the code on the app for you to get a special, they Change it up some, but most stay the same. Currently, an app that many coffee drinkers would like,is pay $5 And you get coffee free each day of the year...about 4 times using the app and you have already gotten your money's worth and then free for a yr! I took some pictures of the inside of the Burger King in Hazlehurst, hope I can successfully bring it up. It's very neat and clean too!

Normally the food is good. Sometimes there are cold fries, but today I sat in the drive thru line for 10 mins. I was the second car from the window and the line didn't move for another 10 mins and was still waiting. The drive thur should be fast with freshly prepared food. The wait was entirely to long. I left because I knew my meal would be cold and I did not want to pay for cold food. I give it a three star because I do not know the quality of the food.

Since the whole Covid thing started, the service at the Hazelhurst, MS location has really dropped off. It seems that there may be as few as two employees working at a time with as long as it takes for a drive through order to be taken and fulfilled. Service here used to be pretty good, but lately, wait times are long (I've left the line more than once as it wasn't moving at all) and the employees that meet you at the drive through window seem to have been run ragged. The dining room is still closed, even though others in the area are opening back up. If more employees were brought back to work, drive through service would improve and more customers would patronize your establishment.
