I will give them 1 star for the cleanliness but that is all they will get from me. Took forever to get our drinks and food. The server was extremely unprofessional!! Hashbrowns had to be sent back because they were far from cooked, the grits had been sitting their way too long... and the rest of the food was just not good. Ive given this place 3 chances and was disappointed every single time.

I placed my order online so that I can pick it up in the Drive-Thru. It doesn't do it be ready in 20 minutes, but 40 minutes later I had yet to hear from them still. I ended up going in the restaurant to get my food where they packed it up when I walked in. The food was okay - far from impressive, I would say service was subpar, and the atmosphere there amongst customers seemed stressful with customers waiting exceptionallyong times to get food. I do believe they need additional staff to be able to keep up with the time frame they're giving for orders to be ready.

Called to place an order and was told they do not accept call in orders and that it needed to be done online. No problem, I don't mind ordering online. As I placed the order I found there was no way to opt out of getting mayonnaise on my husband's bacon, egg, and cheese melt. I called immediately and asked them to note no mayonnaise on the sandwich ordered. My husband picked up his order and went to work only to find a pile of mayonnaise on his sandwich. He called to let them know, where he was told by a woman that claimed to be the manager that he was lieing because she had fixed the sandwich herself. Long story short, we won't be doing business here ever again. I'm just glad it wasn't an egg allergy issue and just a personal preference.
