Went to the olde hitching post last night for dinner. Have not been there for many years. And we live 15 minutes away. But that is going to change. My wife and I had one of the best meals we have had in years! Everything was fantastic!!!!!! Our waitress Amy was FANTASTIC!!!! everyone we came in contact with were great!!! We can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great evening!!!!!

Food, drinks, and service was great. Had trouble deciding what to order since they're were so many things on the menu that sounded good. Opted for the survival and it was a great choice. Paired with a delicious Cosmo and some great company, it was a perfect night!

If I could give the Hitching Post more starts I would!
Just had my parent's surprise 50th anniversary party (with ab out 35 guests) and it was absolutely amazing! Andrea was my event planner on their side and was so easy to work with - the night went by so perfectly. The food and service were amazing! What a great location for something like this!

We went for dinner and the food is awesome! Waitress was pleasant and attentive. It is a nice cozy spot with great food as well as bar environment! Will definitely go back!

We go to the H.P. frequently..Have never been disappointed. Friendly waitstaff...great food portions and they didn't do the Covid Catchup that a lot of restaurants did to recoup losses...what I mean by covid catchup is having a pre covid mean run you $16.00...Catch price now $19.99....

Surprisingly, one of the best lobster rolls on the South Shore ! Ample amount of meat and a lovely, buttery grilled roll served with fries AND onion rings. Always great food and service.

Great food! Great service! Live music was good too. The band was solid, though not my taste music wise at all. That being said, its only my opinion. They played the songs really good anyway, not gonna lie over personal preference. Food was fantastic as well as the drinks. And the servers were super friendly and polite. Nice place to go eat at.
