Dunkin'

Just literally went there to get a cup of coffee... Stood at the counter for approximately 4 minutes. No one waited on me and there were plenty of people behind the counter who could have taken my order. Unfortunately, I walked out after someone who appeared to be a manager came out from the back and still didn't wait on me. You had two people counting tips on the back counter, two people waiting on drive-thru customers. Two people who walked out of the back pass the counter to fix the hot chocolate machine, and a manager who made eye contact with me and still didn't take my order.

First asked for a few drinks and got all wrong sizes. My cousin asked for a frozen hot chocolate but we got a cappuccino. Asked to have it re made and was given attitude and still no whip cream on her frozen chocolate. Asked for medium vanilla bean coolatta with whip cream but got no whip cream and a size small. Not to mention got two refreshers made with coconut milk and they look like they were made with water. The guy working gave us two drinks and asked what we were missing like what we had several drinks. There is a screen telling you what our order was very disappointed

Terrible🤦🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately I ordered a hot macchiato and recieved an 🧊 ice cold one up the street. I explained what happened and the woman at the window says, “ok, so what do you want me to do about it?” Then proceeds to give me an attitude and slams the window closed. She comes back and shoves the coffee at me and says “HERE!” 🤦🏻‍♀️😩 not sure why she’s working there if she hates her job so much…but she may want to find something more suitable like not working with the public. Disappointing to say the least as this was my one treat to myself.
