The staff are always friendly enough but it's always a hot mess. It's been a hot mess for years, through many staff changes, so it's not a staff issue lol. It's at the point where it's such a consistent hot mess it's funny. You feel bad for the workers though, they are trying their best! The worst part is it's a Verizon service black hole so while you're asked to park to wait 20 minutes for your meal, you don't even have service to entertain yourself lol.

Every time I order something it gets messed up and I end up having to go back. The food also isn’t really that good, and they put way too much mayo on the chicken sandwiches. It’s all you can taste

This is for my experience at the Hanson, Ma. McDonald's. Ordered some food with a Dr. Pepper drink. The drink tasted like it had a touch of bleach in it. I asked to swap for a Sprite, no problem. As I drove away, I tasted the Sprite, same funky taste. I called them to let them know, talked to shift manager, who really didn't seem to concerned about the problem. I told them I had to dump second drink, manager said they would look into it. Never offered another type drink or anything. Disappointed!

UPDATE 2: Right now they have new Brazilian workers doing a great job. Very friendly people. Bumped up to two stars UPDATE: Forget what I said before, this McDonalds is just consistently bad outright. Hanson needs more food options. This McDonald's is consistently bad outside of lunch and dinner time. They let food sit, screw up orders and such. It gets old.

Talk about service with an attitude. I was the only person inside waiting for Kareem to finish at the drive up window, I could hear him being short with customers and figured they were under staffed but no reason for attitude with customers. Finally came my turn, I opened with a nice "good morning" ,Kareem brought his attitude, no hello, no good morning, just rude. Made my order and presented a $50 bill, to which Kareem said he could not break it, I said nothing but did have a disappointed look on my face, Kareem emidiately said "I was going to go into the safe for change but if you're going to get mad..." Asked for the manager to which he responded "I am the manager" .....wow. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
