Chick-fil-a

I have been a loyal customer of this location for years. I have seen the service decline so much in the last year, but today was the tip of the iceberg. I purchased a Southwest Chicken Salad via drive through and while eating it found a moldy tomato. I felt so grossed out by this, much more as I had already consumed the other three. Once would assume the salads and all products are freshly made and checked before being given to their customers. I called the store to notify them in the case any other tomatoes have mold and the person on the line says "we could replace you the salad, I got you." When at this point I do not want to consume any of their salads or food in a while. I am truly hoping to not be sick and if I do I know where I got sick from. A lot of things have to change in this location.

I just ordered online and they accidentally forgot the chicken and fixings for my salad... The manager was AMAZING, he sent a delivery driver with the correct order... I was really upset at first, but Chick-fil-A made it so right that I cannot fault them for anything. Great food-- EVEN BETTER SERVICE!! THANK YOU, my lunch is delicious!!

Picked up food for my family, drove 30 mins just to find my order was incomplete. Call chick fil a due items on my order were missing. Store Manager Cassandra Alvarez was too busy to take my call as per team member was advised to stated. “A replacement of the missing item can be issued another day”. Our orders are taken, we paid, items are missing our “fault”. Its your guys job to check every bag of food that goes out to make sure that the customer is receiving all items that were ordered to avoid any future complaints and have satisfied customers return to your store. It’s not very difficult to look at a screen, read orders and add items to a bag. Very disappointment with management and the whole experience. With this being said we will not be going back to this location as they do not care about their customers

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich today and the bag and box were wet I thought maybe it’s the tomato so I opened it up and the tomato was just fine and the sandwich was just wet in one small area so I decided just to cut off that area and not eat it. Sure enough I ate the sandwich the only meal I had today and got sick somewhat to food poisoning. This is my first and last time coming to chick fil a in this location besides that the lady forgot my straw and the one that took my order was having a rough day I supposed she had a slight attitude and I kept my cool I said thank you and she just walked away. Update: I literally cannot eat anything without puking stay away from this chick fil a!!

Got an order of nuggets. When they arrived they were hardly breaded, i could see the white/beige of the chicken more than the breading. I figured it must be a mistake because I've never had such sad looking nuggets from Chick-fil-A, so I asked for a replacement given the terrible quality. When I got my new box I hoped there would be some imporovement but they looked about the same. The fries were good and so was the Coke, but for the price I'm paying I expect good chicken. Disappointed.
