Drive thru was fast n efficient.
Juanita was very professional n courteous in chat while my order was being prepared.
Bucket for one was very hot n surprisingly VERY tender strips. The popcorn chicken was tasty n hot. The fries were crispy n got.
The Dr pepper was flat. But that's to be expected with carbonation tanks. They gotta run out eventually

Be prepared to wait a little bit, but the food was fresh and good! The service was great and the dining room was clean. They are busy and it takes some time for you to order or get the order. Like everywhere else they are short staff and no one was standing around not doing anything.

Kudos to Malcolm in the drive thru for his service with a smile today! Food was hot and fresh and order was correct. I also noticed that they have a 98 health score, so keep up the great job!

Very clean place. The server that helped me was still kind of new very kind and a little nervous. The order was mixed up a little bit but it was corrected very quick and I was apologized too no problems. The manager helped her to understand what was going on and I was very happy.

They do really good in the afternoons but the night crew needs work. Day crew is always polite and swift. I eat there for lunch 3 times a week.

I had to wait in the drive thru we were #5 in line but they were fast but had to pull in parking spot to wait for chicken strips. But what really made me mad was I still had to get out and go inside to get my order

I’ve had issues in the past year with picking up DoorDash orders, but it’s been a completely different story since Malcolm and Ms. Juanita have assisted me the last few visits. They’ve been awesome!

Slow service, NO MILITARY OR 1ST RESPONDERS DISCOUNT😠!!! Other that the food was ok however there was no napkins, spoons or condiments in either bag. Not impressed & will not be going back to that KFC.
