Mcdonald's

I was there to pick up a delivery ordered ahead so shouldn't have been a long wait but the attitude of the employees there horrible I witnessed this with multiple customers who were inside. The woman acted like it was the end of the world and got an attitude when a lady asked for the cups so she could get her drinks as that was all she ordered and she had been waiting for a while before asking. I asked about sauce for my customer and the response was rude. This was the second time I saw how the employees treat customers and other employees as well if I wasn't getting paid to go i wouldn't and if it doesn't get better those will be the orders I decline

There are three handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The store is in excellent shape. The employees are average in their knowledge about food products sold in this restaurant. The electronic kiosk that work in this McDonald's are not user friendly. The menu is very confusing and the ice cream machine breaks down every other day in this restaurant. Overall, McDonald's service is average and the food is average as well. In the old days 10-15 years ago McDonald's was an awesome place to eat at, but not anymore.

Very slow service, and they can't blame being understaffed. Service is slow with a full staff too. Order accuracy is hit or miss. I would say they get it right most of the time, but when it's wrong good luck getting it corrected. They'll leave you standing there unless you keep saying something. If they have multiple cars parked from the drive thru, there's a high probability that they will give your food to the wrong person.

Worst experience ever! Husband ordered 10 double cheese burgers 3 without mustard and they screwed that up, then he went inside to get it fixed. Manager was appallingly rude, though the burgers were remade she threw the bag at my husband. If you people want $15/hour try being polite and taking direction first! Otherwise you deserve $8/hour! Why should you get rewarded for for constantly messing up when in a real job people get fired for that! Never buying from here again!!!!!!

Typical McDonald's. Slow service. Unfriendly people. Bland and not so warm food. Wouldn't even take the order at the register. Made us use the kiosk. That's fine, but just take the register out if you're not going to use it. There wasn't even anyone at the counter. Oh well. It's McDonald's. I didn't expect much better.

I’ve lived near this McDonalds for the last ten years. Throughout those ten years, I have NEVER experienced decent service from the employees that work here. I just went through the line for the first time in about a year and I had to explain my order to the employee on the other end of the speaker TWICE and he ignored my order both times. Just left me sitting there in the drive-thru as if I didn’t say anything to him after the second time. I wasn’t about to repeat the same order a third time so I just drove off. To whoever it is that operates this McDonalds at a cooperate level, I’m not sure what your criteria is for choosing employees here but it isn’t working. You need to make a change asap. Nobody should have to sit in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes just to be ignored after repeating your order twice already.

* This Mickey ds 👌 is complete jokes 🙃 There staff is very well * unmannered rude as they can be have very low school experience as u can tell by their grammar and acts if the own the place and make b.s. lies every night claiming why they can't take orders 2. * There sign says loud n proud dining room now open This store ND their employees should be put in their company videos as 2 laugh at and 3. Don't do these actions or else you'll get terminated!!* I'm calling corporate about this store enough is enough

Not only was the manager on duty tonight arguing with a customer about cash as they were at the second windows picking up their food, we drove off and thought our order was right.. fries were ice cold and they forgot my daughters chocolate milk, go figure. Real classy staff you have running this store
