Mostly untrained high school kids. (November 15th, 2020 update: Management needs a picture of their product, especially ice cream cones, for its employees know Management's expectations. The employee is unseen when the customer orders at the drive up intercom. A video screen would help communication between customer and employee).
The kids don't know enough, or possibly don't care, to push the cone against the feed to cover the cone.
Two others ordered, one of a different size, and you couldn't tell the difference between a small and medium only looking at the ice cream!

We met with friends at this place for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we felt good. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

You can never go wrong with this hometown DQ. Atmosphere, staff and food quality is by far the best in the valley. I would drive a couple extra miles to go to this location vs another. Great job Hortonville DQ.

The ice cream is as good as ever, the food used to be better twenty years ago, I do feel like they are a little over priced, for four ice cream cones I could buy two gallons of ice cream and it would take use a couple of weeks to eat, so it's usually off to festival foods

the drumstick blizzard is terrible!! Big chunks of hard cookie tasting stuff and way too much of it. I've eaten drumsticks before and let me tell you, i have NEVER tasted one that tastes like your *drumstick * blizzard. Horrible and waste of my money!!
