Visited Greenville for the 1st time. 1st night decided to eat church’s, min you the only thing I ate the entire day. Food poisoning is what I got from here! This was Thursday, still in bed in a hotel on today!! And it’s my birthday!!! Plans ruined! Sick as hell!! If you are visiting please do not risk it eating here!! I will never eat Church’s again!! If I could give a negative rating I would have!! Clean your place up!! Change your grease! Pretend to care or quit!! Whoever the manager and district manager is they should be replaced

Someone needs to tell the female staff members at Churches chicken in Greenville Mississippi that the customers did not force them to take that job, nor is the customer responsible for the current state of your relationship failures.
Stay home or get a new job if you are that miserable at work, because as the customer I have every right to not have your negative energy transferred to my meal.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

After reading the comments I obviously overlooked the fact that unless you are fulfilling every deficiency in a churches employees life.....you will receive awful service.

I had the Smokehouse chicken combo. The staff was very friendly and gave me no issue with asking to exchange the side item for another one. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious!
