Little Caesars

Came for a hot & ready pepperoni & a sausage. I knew i would have to wait on the sausage. I had no problem doing that. I should have checked before i left. Got home & my sausage pizza was definitely lacking something... On top of that, the middle is almost completely raw. Very disappointed. I would have gladly waited a few more minutes for it to be done correctly. I wasn't rude or anything so there was really no reason to rush the pizza. I used to supervise a little caesars. I know the steps & procedures. There is no way they were followed during my visit today.

Well, we ordered two (2) deep dish pizzas from this Little Caesars, and there was absolutely NO sauce on either pizza; so, the we essentially got cheese bread. I called and spoke to the manager, and the first words out of his mouth was that he couldn't do anything unless I drove the pizza back to the store, and he would look at it and decide what to do. His attitude was confrontational and unprofessional. I even did not get an apology. So, buyer(s) beware...this Little Caesars' food quality really sucks, store management is cavalier, and as a result, I will never order another pizza from this store again!

We love little caesars. Ordered 4 pies for a birthday party and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Showed up at the store at the 20-minute mark. I was asked for my name and told they would check my order. The guy working the register dealt with some sketchy customers for about 10-15 minutes, and then got back to me and said he would go check on the status again. Watched him pull our order out of the warmer. It had been in there the entire time I was waiting. :/ Again, great product! Just disappointing service at this location.

The hot and ready is good if you're in a hurry but that being said the boy and ready pizza is what you get for the price, 35% over cooked and almost 90%of the time the pizza are almost never fully cut and have to slice them apart yourself. If you get the pizza that isn't the got and ready then it's worth it, still not fully cut but the quality is way better.

Would have been 5 but I had to make 2 trips because they made order wrong when I called it in and I couldn't wait for them to redo it at the time that's why I called it in to be ready. Also didn't offer a discount when I went back. Actually I should have checked the pizza because when I got home they gave me the wrong one.
