The wait time is crazy long but the juices and smoothies are really good!! They have a lot of options to chooses from and the place is really clean. Decent amount of seating area. Employees are really nice and know the product!! I enjoyed the orange crush and a fruit bowl and it was super good will definitely be coming back when I have more time!!

I always enjoy going to Fresh Vibes on Charles. My favorite is the acai bowl of the month of June; however, I've driven several times at 20 minutes to get there for them to be out of acai... Such a disappointment. Today the attendant said that they were out of acai again, and asked if I wanted the pitaya bowl instead, and expressed that it was very similar to acai... so I opted to try it, and what a disappointment. The pitaya base was very watery, and full of ice chips from where it wasn't blended well. It was a wasted of time and money; I did not enjoy it! I will go back to see if I can get my favorite acai bowl before June is over.

This is a great place to order a healthy meal or recharge after a hard night/weekend. I started my meal ordering a kickback jack smoothie. It was refreshing, delicious and very fruity with a hint of spice. They have a few healthy options for food. I ordered an avocado toast and a vegan pepper jack grilled cheese. They were prepared to be visually appealing and tasted as great as they looked. The grilled cheese took a while to cook and the avocado toast only came with one piece. All of the employees were very kind and provided recommendations when I asked for them. I would definitely go and order again. My main complaint is the price, it is a little much for the food and smoothies. They could be a little cheaper but they are not overpriced. I highly recommend the smoothies and then hoping over to McAllister’s for food, if you wanted more food options. To be clear their food is great but this is mainly a smoothie place with a few food options.

The store has a fresh, clean appearance. The menu items have detailed descriptions. This was especially important because it was my first time and some items were foreign to me. Employee was friendly and explained well what the acai bowl was, which is what I decided to try. She suggested adding peanut butter, which added protein plus the flavor went well with my other choices. It was served cold. Taste was food and it was filling.

3 words … Banana Crunch Parfait!! I have no words to describe how much I enjoyed it. In fact it looked so good that one of my coworkers saw me eating it and immediately went to Fresh Vibes and picked one up for himself! We still talk about it 2 weeks later! The wait time was a little long but it is to be expected seeing as everything is made to order. The girls were working hard and I greatly appreciated it. The only suggestion I have is to use a bowl instead of a cup. It was a little difficult to eat. Now I know that parfait was a special for the month of September but hopefully they’ll make it for me next time I go in. All in all 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
